Markette launches a celebration of flavors with the Galettes & Crêpes Festival this April

Markette, Dubai’s warm and inviting comfort food haven invites you to experience their Galettes & Crêpes Festival. Markette has created four new limited-time variations of their most popular galettes and crêpes, which will only be available until the end of April at both our locations in BOXPARK and The Dubai Mall. The limited-time dishes on the festival menu include Galette Sébastien and Crêpe Suzette which embrace traditional European flavors while Galette Marwan and Crêpe Leila have been inspired by the tastes and textures from the region.

 

Markette is one of the only venues in the city offering a wide range of sweet and savory home-style galettes and crepes. Originating from the Western region of France, Galettes are made with flattened (gluten free) buckwheat dough where a variety of fillings such as roast chicken, assortment of cheese, fresh eggs, pesto, cured meats or other savory delicacies are added into the serving.

Galette Sébastien – a succulent wagyu beef ham and buffalo mozzarella based galette topped with baby rocket, balsamic reduction and heirloom tomatoes.
