To further expand the dining experience, Kamoon restaurant at Khalidiya Palace Rayhaan by Rotana is pleased to welcome Mohamed Alsuliman as its new oriental chef.
Kamoon restaurant serves classic Arabic dishes freshly prepared in a captivatingly authentic atmosphere with scenic views of the Arabian Gulf. Chef Mohamed brings over 14 years of top-notch culinary experience to his new post. His cooking style is defined by fresh, quality ingredients and his experience for creating great quality food for large banqueting events. Having worked as executive chef manager and sous chef, he understands what it takes to keep a restaurant running smoothly and to provide unbeatable customer service.

Chef Mohamed specializes in the area of restaurant management, with an emphasis on culinary arts and oriental cuisine. Over the last 14 years, he has worked in Syria, Lebanon, Dubai and Abu Dhabi in various hotel restaurants and catering companies.
“I’m looking forward to this next chapter in my culinary journey,” adds Chef Mohamed. “I’m happy that my skills will be put to use in such a fine dining establishment.
