SWAROVSKI PRESENTS FIRST-EVER CRYSTAL LAB IN DUBAI

Swarovski, the global leader in cut crystal and fashion jewelry, is delighted to announce the opening of Crystal Lab, its official distribution partner’s first retail personalization concept, in Dubai.

 

Crystal Lab, the new retail concept founded by Crystal House Dubai, Swarovski’s official distribution partner in the UAE, will soon be launched at Dubai Festival City. Crystal Lab will be located at the famous Singapore-based fashion department store, Robinsons, a joint venture brought to Dubai by the renowned Al Futtaim and Chalhoub Group that opened to the public on March 29, 2017. The unique customization concept is the first-ever global personalization venture that uses 100% Swarovski crystals, and is exclusive to Robinsons in the Middle East.

Commenting on the launch, Managing Director of Crystal Lab Bassam Abi Nassif, said, “We are proud of this momentous launch and grateful to our partner, Swarovski, for its unparalleled support. Through Crystal Lab we aim to add a further touch of sparkle to our valued customers’ possessions and deliver a variety of embellishment services to them in a comfortable setting.”

Andrew Mojica, Managing Director, Swarovski Professional Middle East, further added, “We congratulate our partners on this grand opening and look forward to getting closer to our clientele and providing them with new styles of personalization with their favorite crystals from Swarovski.

Based in a 37-square-meter space, Crystal Lab’s key message is “Make it sparkle,” and they intend to do just this by offering services at four different levels:

 

  • Crystal application on apparel, shoes, bags and accessories.
  • Crystal charms for semi-finished fashion jewelry
  • Crystal stickers for gifts, packaging and stationery
  • Sparkling elements for home décor

 

Backed by a team of design experts and style consultants, Crystal Lab promises an engaging experience, allowing the costumer to personalize everything, thereby making it truly unique. In this day and age, the one-size-fits-all approach has been replaced by choice and a focus on personalization.
