Yokohama Celebrates 100 years of togetherness in the Lebanese market

2017 marked the 100th anniversary of Yokohama, a leading tire brand in the Lebanese market. To commemorate this occasion, Yokohama planned to celebrate their milestone by devoting time to honoring their loyal customers through small gestures of appreciation.

Under the supervision of the Lebanese National Lottery, Yokohama representatives held draws at Yokohama Lebanon’s head office in Jounieh for four IPhone 8 devices and a draw for a trip to London for two to watch Chelsea FC live at Stamford Bridge.

Yokohama is committed to constantly finding new ways to better its customer experience. Over the past 100 years, Yokohama has evolved its Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategy to match its customers’ needs and enhance trust in the brand. This past year was aimed at drawing a smile on people’s faces by sharing with them the Joy of Celebrating 100 years.

Draws for IPhone 8 were held on November 16 and 23 and December 1 and 7 whereas, the London trip draw was held on December 27. IPhone 8 winners were Victor Rajha, Joe Abou Zeid, Hala Nassif, and Hanine Abdel Rahman who have all already received their gifts. London trip winner, was Gabriel Khoury.

Since its establishment in 1917, YOKOHAMA aims to always be customer’s choice around the world. As the first 100 years come to an end, and with the next 100 years in sight, the brand promises to never stop giving its absolute best and taking up new challenges which satisfy customer needs.
